How do I become a consultant?

Simply complete our application process, submit to our vetting team, and start consulting. If you have the requisite skills and experience our mentees are looking for, we’ll get you onboard in no time.

What does it mean to be a consultant on your platform?

As a consultant, you provide personalized guidance to students or young professionals via one-on-one sessions, sharing expertise in academics, careers, or study abroad aspects. You set your own schedule and make money as a side hustle, while ensuring 0 disturbance to your current profession.

Anyone who has made an impact in their field and wants to contribute to the growth of their peers can be a consultant. We welcome students, industry professionals, or passionate peers eager to help high school students, undergrads, postgrads, or early career individuals succeed.

05 How much time commitment is required?

You control your schedule, choosing how many one-on-one sessions to offer weekly/monthly. Whether you consultant for 2 sessions or 20, our platform makes it easy to balance consulting with your other personal or professional commitments.

06 How does your platform support consultants?

We provide an intuitive dashboard to manage sessions, track mentees, and communicate easily. Our onboarding process includes guidance, and our support team is available to ensure a seamless consulting experience, helping you focus on impactful connections.

07 What is the duration of a one-on-one session?

Each session is supposed to be 1hr of distraction free time on average. You are requested to adjust for wasted time due to factors like connectivity issues, unavoidable distractions, and thinking time by allotting additional proportionate time to the mentee.

08 What is the chat policy?

The mentee is provided flexibility to ask close follow up questions or clarifications on specifics discussed during the call. We follow a 24 hour reply policy. Any question outside the purview of session discussion points, is up to your sole discretion to take up or not.

09 Do the sessions require any pre-work?

We try our best to map you to mentees as per your individual skillsets and knowledge areas. So ideally no pre work is required. However, since you may not always have the best information on your fingertips, some pre-session research on the mentee's agenda is encouraged to ensure the best experience for you and the mentee.

10 How do I do this, considering my hectic work schedule?

We love your dedication, and that is exactly why we want to have you! Our team will ensure zero disruption to your work schedule and you are to accept a session only if you align on availability (highlighted by mentee's beforehand). The sessions can be scheduled at hours or days that mutually suit and do not disturb your personal or professional commitments.

11 What is the financial payout and when is it disbursed?
